This skipped across my RSS from Joystiq.  I didn’t even know it was in the works but you will now be able to use non-proprietary USB storage on your XBox 360. The storage needs to be minimum of 1gb but can only use up to 16gb per USB device.  You can use up to 32gb at a time if you want to by using two USB devices.  I wonder if you will be able to use USB hubs to increase that further.  I can’t say that I’m overly excited by this.  I barely use the space in my 120gb HDD now.  We will see though.
